The collective training offer

The collective training offer is aimed at the University's permanent and contractual staff (BIATS, Enseignants-Chercheurs, Enseignants et Chercheurs).
From January 2022: the online registration platform GEFORP (GEstion des FORmations pour les Personnels) will replace SYGEFOR (SYstème de GEstion des FORmations).

You will also be able to follow the progress of your registration requests, view the online validation of your supervisor, be alerted to the programming of new sessions, edit a training certificate...

Develop your skills remotely and continuously

The Staff Training Office provides a range of free resources (MOOCs, tutorials, webinars, etc.), which are available online and can be accessed remotely.

The resources are classified by domain.

For information or documentation on :

  • APOGEE: consult the training documentation (PPS and videos) in the Moodle space by requesting access via the Service Centre, Studies area, APOGEE category.
  • PSTAGE: contact the PSTAGE correspondent of your component or, failing that, submit a ticket via the Service Centre, Studies area, PSTAGE category
  • AMETYS: contact the Ametys correspondent of your component or, failing that, file a ticket via the Service Centre, Studies area, AMETYS category
  • ECANDIDAT: consult the documents on managing applications and using eCandidat on the DFE intranet: Application documentation contact the Ecandidat correspondent in your component or, failing that, submit a ticket via the Service Centre, Studies area, ECANDIDAT category
  • SOFA: submit a ticket via the Service Centre, Research area, SOFA category

AENES competition

  • For information on the different types of competition (eligibility requirements, types of tests, etc.), please consult the Ministry's website (MEN)
  • The DAFPEN (Délégation Académique à la Formation des Personnels de l'Education Nationale) offers training courses to prepare for the AENES competitive examination. The training courses offered are open to university staff and are the subject of an annual registration campaign (June-September), relayed by the staff training office.
