How can you start a business or help manage one? How can you provide scientific expertise to a company that leverages the results of public research? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The University of Montpellier\u2019s Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics is organizing a presentation on public-private partnerships resulting from the innovation laws\u2014PACTE and LPR\u2014which is open to staff members of the I-SITE Program of Excellence (formerly MUSE) partners upon registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, recent legislative changes have created more opportunities for collaboration between the public research sector and the private sector. Public employees are now able to start a business or participate in its creation and provide scientific expertise, provided that the business commercializes public research. In recent years, two laws have simplified these provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A presentation on the various existing programs will be followed by a Q&A session, during which we will answer your questions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
