Challenge-based learning: from theory to practice

The European university alliance Charm-EU is launching a monthly webinar series called CHARM-ON to explore and share innovative practices with all academic and administrative staff at its member universities.

This new monthly meeting (in English) is an opportunity to bring together members of the university community in a round-table format, and enable them to shed practical light on practices in line with Charm-EU's pedagogical principles: challenge-based learning, mobility, interculturality... The aim is to encourage participating staff to learn more about Charm-EU's best practices, and to take part in the training courses offered throughout the year by the alliance of European universities.

On September 29, this first webinar focuses on challenge-based learning (CBL). It will explore practical experiences of using CBL, focusing on the transition from theory to practice, with a panel of guests including Valérie Borrell, professor-researcher in Water Sciences at the University of Montpellier.

This series will take place every last Monday of the month at 1pm, offering a space for caring dialogue to share ideas, practices and stories within the Charm-EU community.
