Workshop on Mental, Emotional, Verbal, and Physical Self-Defense
This event has already taken place!
Hosted by Idaline Lortiga ofLoreleï, an organization dedicated to self-defense and the fight against sexism.

Whether on the street, at work, or in their personal lives, women may face sexist and sexual harassment. To respond to these attacks, there are “simple, quick, and effective” techniques focused on verbal, mental, emotional, and physical self-defense. The goal is to find a way out of an aggressive situation, not to “win” against the aggressor or teach them a lesson.
Open only to female UM staff (cisgender and transgender women).
Limited space available: registration required
