Mental, emotional, verbal and physical self-defence workshop
Hosted by Idaline Lortiga, from Loreleï, a self-defense and anti-sexism association.
Whether in the street, at work or in the private sphere, women can be confronted with sexist and sexual aggression. To respond to these assaults, there are "simple, fast and effective" techniques focusing on verbal, mental, emotional and physical self-defense. The aim is to find a way out of an aggressive situation, not to "win" or teach the aggressor a lesson.
Reserved for female UM staff (cis and trans women).
Limited number of places: registration required.
