Workshop on mental, emotional, verbal, and physical self-defense
Hosted by Idaline Lortiga, fromLoreleï, an association for self-defense and the fight against sexism.

Whether on the street, at work, or in their private lives, women can be confronted with sexist and sexual aggression. To respond to these attacks, there are "simple, quick, and effective" techniques focused on verbal, mental, emotional, and physical self-defense. The goal is to find a way out of an aggressive situation, not to "win" against the aggressor or teach them a lesson.
Reserved for UM female staff (cis and trans women).
Limited number of places: registration required.
