Reading workshop: “Modern Witches” – Women’s Month at UM

Reading workshop led by Valeriya Voskresenskaya, Doctor of Philosophy.

The workshop will be based on the book "Witches: The Undefeated Power of Women" by Mona Chollet.

The book explores the figure of the witch and examines the prejudices that persist in the 21st century.
Independent women, childless women, and elderly women: three statuses that are still poorly accepted today, highlighted by Valeriya Voskrensenskaya.

Reading the book is not mandatory but highly recommended.
