Presentation

The 11th edition of the Atelier sur la Protection de la Vie Privée (APVP) is organized this year by the teams of the Laboratoire Dynamiques du Droit of the University of Montpellier and the GT Privacy of the GDR Sécurité Informatique.

The main aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers from the French-speaking community whose work concerns the protection of privacy and personal data, and to offer them a privileged forum to present and exchange their ideas on this theme. The workshop is multi-disciplinary, bringing together researchers in computer science, law, economics, sociology and statistics.

The workshop will take place from June 24 to 26, 2020 at Hameau de l'Etoile, in the heart of the Languedoc region just outside Montpellier (arrival on site possible on the evening of June 23).

APVP is not a conference in the traditional sense of the term, participation in the workshop is conditional on the submission of a paper. A report on the workshop proceedings will be presented at the GDR Sécurité national days in July 2020.
