"Green Monday" Lecture: Vultures, by Olivier Duriez

Olivier Duriez, an associate professor at the University of Montpellier, will present his area of expertise: vultures.
An ornithologist specializing in these scavengers, he has studied vultures in the south of France, worked on reintroduction programs, and researched their ecology in our regions.
He will cover a wide range of topics related to these animals: their history in the region, the biology of the species, flight techniques, reintroduction, the ecological role these animals play…
