5 Thursdays to better understand current health issues

As the successor to the Montpellier Faculty of Medicine, which is celebrating its eighth centenary this year, the University of Montpellier has an exceptional heritage. Today, it is a research-intensive university with a wealth of teachers and researchers in a wide variety of fields of study. To highlight them and make them accessible to as many people as possible, "Les jeudis de l'UM" 2020 is offering a series of conferences focusing on health.

For this first conference in the series entitled "Medical Education: Pathways to Innovation," there will be three speakers: Valérie Courtin, Blaise Debien, and Philippe Guilpain.

They will discuss the training and preparation of healthcare professionals, providing an overview of different scenarios, latest-generation simulation platforms, and the challenges posed by new teaching techniques.
