“3R: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” Conference – Let’s Make the Most of Our Food Waste!

This year, the conference for the Master’s program in Nutrition and Food Science (NSA) focuses on the reuse of agricultural and food industry waste and is titled “3R: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.”
Organized by students in the NSA Master’s program, the event will take place on November 28 in the Charles Flahault lecture hall at the Institute of Botany from 1:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- Audrey WARNERY, PhD candidate in Physical and Experimental Medicine, thesis topic: “Utilization of agricultural waste in the French banana industry”;
- Dr. Nathalie PAUTREMAT, SCANAE Laboratory, expert in biodegradability.
Presentation of four scientific posters prepared by students in the first year of the NSA Master’s program.
