3R: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" Conference - Let's recycle our food waste!

This year's Master Nutrition and Food Science (NSA) conference focuses on the valorization of agricultural and agri-food waste, and is entitled "3Rs: reduce, reuse, recycle".
Organized by Master NSA students, it will be held on November 28 in the Institut de Botanique's Charles Flahault amphitheater from 1:45pm to 6pm.

Participation of :
- Pr Pietro PICUNO, Coordinator of the European ERASMUS + project "TANGO-Circular";
- Audrey WARNERY, PhyMedExp PhD student, subject of her dissertation "Valorisation agro-déchets filière banane française" ;
- Dr Nathalie PAUTREMAT, SCANAE Laboratory, expert in biodegradability.
Presentation of 4 scientific posters prepared by Master 1 NSA students.
