“3R: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” Conference – Let’s make the most of our food waste!

This year, the Master's in Nutrition and Food Sciences (NSA) conference focuses on the recovery of agricultural and agri-food waste and is entitled "3R: reduce, reuse, recycle."
Organized by students in the NSA Master's program, it will be held on November 28 in the Charles Flahault amphitheater at the Institute of Botany from 1:45 p.m. to 6 p.m.

On the Program
Participation of:
- Prof. Pietro PICUNO, Coordinator of the European ERASMUS+ project "TANGO-Circular";
- Audrey WARNERY, Ph.D. student at PhyMedExp, thesis topic: "Valorization of agricultural waste in the French banana industry";
- Dr. Nathalie PAUTREMAT, SCANAE Laboratory, expert in biodegradability.
Presentation of four scientific posters prepared by students in the NSA Master's 1 program.
Eco-friendly buffet.
