European Consumer Law Congress

The International Association of Consumer Law and the Innovation Communication and Market Laboratory have joined forces for this European Consumer Law Congress. Welcoming researchers and practitioners from all over the world, representing 18 nationalities, it is an opportunity to compare and discuss the different approaches of different countries to market regulation and consumer protection, as well as to recall the place of Professor Jean Calais-Auloy's work in consumer law and its influence beyond France. The papers presented will be divided into 3 themes: consumer information, new consumption patterns and abusive commercial practices, as well as speeches on open topics and a tribute to the work of Prof. Jean Calais-Auloy.
