17% of professions can be considered gender-neutral, with between 40% and 60% of men or women. The exhibition "Flou.e" highlights those at UM who break with stereotypes by choosing fields and professions where they represent a gender minority. By playing on the notions of blur and sharpness, the photographer invites us to question the preconceived ideas that determine the quality of a photo and gender stereotypes in professional environments or fields of study.

The 13 portraits of students, teachers, researchers, Professors administrative staff at UM challenge us to draw on their experiences to break down prejudices.

This event is part of the 2022 edition of "Donner des Elles à l'UM" (Empowering Women at UM).
