17% of professions can be considered gender-balanced, with between 40% and 60% of men or women. The exhibition “Flou.e” spotlights those at UM who defy stereotypes by choosing fields and careers where they represent a gender minority. By playing with the concepts of blurriness and sharpness, the photographer invites us to question the preconceived notions that determine the quality of a photo and the gender stereotypes in professional settings or fields of study.

These 13 profiles of students, faculty Professors administrative staff at UM invite us to reflect: let’s draw on their experiences to challenge stereotypes.

This event is part of the 2022 edition of “Donner des Elles à l’UM.”
