By Raphaela Gromes and Julian Riem, duration: 2 hours (with intermission).

For several years now, German cellist Raphaela Gromes has been committed to giving a voice to forgotten female composers.
Winner of several prestigious awards, she has dedicated several critically acclaimed albums to them. Alongside pianist Julian Riem, she presents a unique program inspired by her album Femmes, which spans nine centuries of female musical creation. From the German mystical poet Hildegarde von Bingen to the eclectic and innovative Lera Auerbach, via Lili and Nadia Boulanger, this concert highlights numerous female composers, including both iconic figures and surprising discoveries.
