Economic Valuation of Public Research Support Structures

The Program Capacity Buildingprogram, led by the University Innovation Hub (PUI) at the University of Montpellier, offers targeted training in innovation and research commercialization. Through thematic modules led by experts, it supports the professional development of those involved in innovative projects.

On June 4 and 5, a training session focused on the economic commercialization of public research support structures—particularly technology platforms—will take place. It aims to help participants structure their partnerships and strengthen their commercialization strategies.

It is intended for the winners of the call for projects In Lab Engineering (ILE) as well as staff and researchers from PUI member institutions involved in the development or management of platforms.

In particular, it will make it possible to:

• develop and refine the platform's scientific strategy;
• improve its internal structure;
• develop a formalized proposal with appropriate pricing;
• develop a marketing plan and a tailored prospecting plan.
