“Imperméable” is an investigation—the story of a realization and a determination to break the silence. In it, author and actress Emmanuelle Bertrand explores the influence of her upbringing, popular culture, and society on her twenty years of denial following the sexist and sexual assaults she endured.
It’s a fact: people are speaking out; now it’s a matter of knowing how to listen and what to do with that information, so we can move forward together toward a different future.
