An improv conference that combines knowledge, humor, and theatrical improvisation.

What is collective intelligence*? How does it contribute to quality of life at work? What tools are available, and for whom?
Valérie Weidmann, speaker, will begin by presenting the collaborative principles of collective intelligence, notably through a professional co-development tool. This will be followed by an improvisational theater performance by the Cie du Capitaine, combining the theme of the lecture with topics suggested by the audience.

After the improvisation, the speaker will answer questions from the audience.

Speakers:

  • Valérie Weidmann, trainer and facilitator in collective intelligence, founder of Pygmalion et Cie, graduate of the University of Cergy-Pontoise's collective intelligence program;
  • La compagnie du capitaine, a theater and improvisational theater company based in Montpellier and directed by actor, author, and director Julien Masdoua.

Collective intelligence is the pooling of skills, knowledge, creativity, thinking and problem-solving abilities, etc., in pursuit of a common goal.

This event is part of "Workplace Well-Being Week."
