The purpose of this event is to present the latest developments in economic law.

The day is divided into two parts:

  • In the morning: a presentation on current events in economic law by students in the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer Protection and Competition and Private Economic Law, covering consumer law, competition law, and distribution law.;
  • In the afternoon: a lecture by Mr. Gilles SACAZE on the topic of economic intelligence

Conference under the academic direction of Jean-Louis Respaud, Associate Professor of Private Law—HDR, University of Montpellier, and Director of the Master 2 program in Private Economic Law.
