Reflections on the Body in Motion

A look back at Leonardo Montecchia’s writing and research residency.

To mark the release of her book *La Pensée du corps en mouvement*, Leonardo Montecchia invites you to (re)discover eight years of experimentation and exploration in the performing arts.

This roundtable discussion provides an opportunity to reflect on the choreographer’s creative process during his residency for writing and research at the EuroMov DHM and LIRMM laboratories, from October 2023 to November 2024.

To tackle the various stages of his project, Leonardo Montecchia will be joined by Benoit Bardy (professor at theUM , and founder of the EuroMov DHM research center), Philippe Poignet (professor at theUM , and former director of the LIRMM), Samar Ezzina (associate researcher at EuroMov DHM), and Emmanuel Le Clézio (Professor at the IES).

A social gathering will bring this roundtable discussion to a close, providing an opportunity to continue the conversation.
