Adapting legal standards to transitions

For this session dedicated to the theme Adapting legal standards to transitions, we are pleased to welcome:

• Aude Allard – Lecturer in public law at the Université Côte d’Azur, member of the Research Group Research Law, Economics, and Management (GREDEG);
• Kathia Martin-Chenut – Research Director at the CNRS, assigned to the Institute of Legal and Philosophical Sciences at the Sorbonne (ISJPS).

The event will be hosted by Christophe Maubernard, Professor of Public Law at the University of Montpellier.

A discussion with the audience will follow the presentations.
