• Aude Allard - Lecturer in public law at the Université Côte d'Azur, member of the Groupe de Research en Droit, Économie, Gestion (GREDEG);
• Kathia Martin-Chenut - Director of research at the CNRS, assigned to the Institut des Sciences Juridiques et Philosophiques de la Sorbonne (ISJPS).

Christophe Maubernard, Professor of Public Law at the University of Montpellier, will be the moderator.
