“Art and the Imagination: (Re)imagining a Circular Society”
This event has already taken place!
This year’s annual event hosted by the Ecocirculab Chair in Circular Economy will focus on the theme “Art and the Imagination: (Re)imagining a Circular Society.”
The goal of the Ecocirculab Chair is to promote the circular economy among public and private organizations, businesses, and the general public; to bring together stakeholders in the region; and to advance knowledge and practices in this field.

To contribute to this discussion, we are pleased to welcome the following guests on this occasion:
- Franck Aggeri, Professor of Management at the Center for Scientific Management at the École des Mines de Paris – PSL;
- Aurélien Barrau, astrophysicist, director of the Grenoble-Alpes Center for Theoretical Physics, and philosopher.
The evening will feature several artistic performances, including a poetry reading, a dance performance by the Montpellier Dance Conservatory, and art exhibitions.
A unique opportunity to bring together scientific, artistic, and societal perspectives on circular transitions.
Finally, a cocktail reception will wrap up the event and provide an opportunity to continue the discussions in a relaxed setting.
