For the 2025–2026 academic year, the open science webinars are evolving and will feature a series of informative and interactive webinars offered by the Montpellier EcoDoR data workshop!

These regular meetings will bringtogether experts from the scientific research communityandEcoDoR partner members to explore a variety of topics related to the management, sharing, and promotion ofresearch data.

Terms and conditions: accessible free of charge and without registration via a unique link, live discussion sessions will be available at the end of the presentation.

Replays will be available on theworkshop's Canal-U channel.

The first webinar will feature Françoise Genova, Emeritus Research Director at the Strasbourg Astronomical Data Center.

She will present how the astronomical community has structured itself around data sharing, the tools it has developed and maintained, and the international standards it has helped to define, which are now adopted throughout the field .
