The University Innovation Hub at Vivatech 2025

From June 11 to 14, 2025, the Montpellier University Innovation Cluster (PUI) in Montpellier will participate in VivaTech 2025, the must-attend European event for technological innovation and startups, to be held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

For the first time, the PUI, led by the University of Montpellier, will be hosted at the Occitanie Region stand (Hall 1 – Occitanie Pavilion – H22), alongside other major players in regional innovation. This is an opportunity for the PUI to promote Montpellier's innovative ecosystem and highlight its concrete actions in the areas of technology transfer, partnership-based research, and startup creation.

TheInitium incubator from the University of Montpellier will be present alongside four innovative startups – Kervalion, Scanorhize, Terratis and Ai Stroke – to meet visitors and discuss innovations from the Montpellier region. The PUI will also take part in two round tables at the Occitanie Region stand:

• June 11 from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.: "The unifying force and the challenges of innovation in healthcare" and the challenges of innovation in healthcare"
• June 12, from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m.: "The contribution of PUI support mechanisms to the development of three projects" – with start-ups Kervalion, Scanorhize, and Terratis.

Finally, two of our startups will take part in the Pitch Contest organized by Ad'OCC, which will be held on June 12 between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. at the booth.
