The trial of the century
Biopic by Mick Jackson (2016), running time: 1 hour 50 minutes.

Deborah Lipstadt, a renowned historian and author, fiercely defends the memory of the Holocaust. She finds herself confronted by David Irving, an extremist academic and proponent of controversial theories about the Nazi regime, who challenges her to prove the existence of the Holocaust. Confident in his position, Irving takes Lipstadt to court, leaving her in the absurd situation of having to prove the existence of the gas chambers. How can she, while remaining within the bounds of the law, confront a Holocaust denier who is prepared to stoop to any level to win his case, and prevent him from using this platform to spread his repugnant theories?
