A hybrid event, just like the iTALKs…

iTALKs

To kick things off, you’re invited to an open rehearsal of an iTALKs session. This group public speaking workshop, led by instructors from the Cours Florent, helps students and staff develop their public speaking skills based on a topic of their choice. To move forward, they need your help for a first public performance before the workshop’s final presentation in March.

Screening of the film *In Search of Meaning*

Here is a film that inspired the iTALKs participants. It is not an environmental film, nor is it strictly a documentary or a work of fiction.*In Search of Meaning* resembles a road movie about a disillusioned generation in search of wisdom and common sense. By bringing together the messages of a cell biologist, an urban gardener, a traveling shaman, and an opera singer who heads an NGO, the directors, Nathanaël Coste and Marc de la Ménardière, invite us to share in their questioning and challenge our worldviews. The film was co-produced thanks to a crowdfunding campaign that mobilized 963 internet users; it is distributed independently by the Kamea Meah association.
