Promoting women's participation and leadership in open science initiatives

The FEMLEAD project team invites you to participate in a training session on gender equality practices in open science via our Virtual Learning Lab.

This session is aimed at female doctoral students and will enable participants to acquire:

• the knowledge necessary to identify and address gender-based discrimination;
• the skills to design inclusive STEM and open science projects;
• the ability to develop institutional strategies such as gender equality plans.
