Promote women's participation and leadership in open science initiatives

The FEMLEAD project team invites you to participate in a training session on gender equality practices in open science through our Virtual Learning Lab.

This session is designed for female doctoral students and will enable participants to gain:

• the knowledge needed to identify and address gender-based discrimination;
• the skills needed to design inclusive STEM and open science projects;
• the ability to develop institutional strategies such as gender equality plans.
