Science, Careers, and Business: How Can We Support the Commercialization of Cancer Research?

Cancéropôle GSO, the EVOCAN 2 University Research Federation, SIRIC Montpellier Cancer, and the Montpellier University Research Institute invite master’s students, doctoral researchers, and postdoctoral researchers to participate in a day-long event focused on the application of cancer research and career opportunities in biotechnology.

• exploring the support mechanisms for commercializing research projects offered by local and regional innovation support organizations (University of Montpellier, Initium Incubator, Satt AxLR, BPI France, Occitanie Region, INSERM Transfert, CNRS Innovation, BIC Montpellier, Medvallée);
• exploring supplementary programs in science offered in Montpellier (IAE Montpellier, MOMA);
• stories of inspiring career journeys (Phost’in Therapeutics, Mabqi, aKen Medical, CYBERNA, PredictCan, QUANTACELL, THERALAN, VENTUNO);
• exchange with biotech companies in Montpellier (INITS, Mabqi, and MedinCell).
