November 18, 2025 Open Science and Researcher Evaluation
Traditional forms of researcher evaluation (impact factor, h-index, etc.) have faced numerous limitations for years and are increasingly being called into question. The rise of Open Science offers a new perspective on this evaluation: the openness of research is becoming a key factor in its evaluation, and alternative solutions are emerging that are more open than the traditional evaluation process.
This webinar will highlight the need for reform in the field of e-valuation and will explore several avenues for making it more open.
These webinars will then be posted on the UM’s YouTube channel, in the “Science” playlist. You can watch them whenever you like.
