Traditional forms of researcher evaluation (impact factor, h-index, etc.) have faced numerous limitations for years and are increasingly being called into question. The development of Open Science makes it possible to approach this evaluation differently: the openness of research is becoming a key factor in its evaluation, and alternative solutions are emerging that are more open than the traditional evaluation process.  

This webinar will highlight the need for reform of the evaluation system and will explore several avenues for making it more open.
