Spike Lee's film *BlacKkKlansman*, through comedy and satire, is an extremely effective indictment of racism.

Synopsis:

In the early 1970s, at the height of the civil rights movement, several race riots broke out in major U.S. cities. Ron Stallworth became the first African American officer in the Colorado Springs Police Department, but his arrival was met with skepticism—and even outright hostility—from the department’s lower-ranking officers. Summoning all his courage, Stallworth sets out to change the status quo and, perhaps, make his mark on history. He then sets himself a highly perilous mission: to infiltrate the Ku Klux Klan in order to expose its abuses.
