The webinar on April 1, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., will focus on “Raising Awareness of Research Data Rights.”

With the growth of open science and the establishment of the principle of open data, research data is increasingly becoming a subject of law. Indeed, it is governed by a set of European and national regulations and legal frameworks that address its security, preservation, accessibility, dissemination, and use, among other aspects.

The webinar will review this complex legislative framework and discuss its impact on research data governance.
