  1. The exposome can be defined as a measure of all the exposures an individual has over the course of his or her life, and how these exposures relate to health. An individual's exposure begins before birth and includes stresses from environmental and occupational sources. Understand how exposures from our environment, diet, lifestyle, etc., affect our health.
