Open-air theater: The Doctor Despite Him (Molière)

The FACE B Prod'- Théâtre Petit Comme un Caillou company takes over the Cour d'Honneur, in the heart of the Faculty of Medicine, to perform Molière's classic "Le médecin malgré lui".
A parody of the medical practices of the time, with its saucy situations, this play hasn't aged a bit since its 1st performance in 1666. Spectators seated outdoors on either side of the stage will discover a popular staging in the style of sensational fairground shows. At once classic and modern, this theatrical performance will delight all audiences in an exceptional setting magnified by the colors of a late day.
This show is organized by the Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole Convention and Visitors Bureau, in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Montpellier.
