Enhancing Tropical Biodiversity and Ecosystem Research
UM is a partner in the European BIOPOLIS project, which organizes the annual Trends in Biodiversity and Evolution (TiBE) conference. The 13th edition, organized by CIBIO (Centre de Research en Biodiversité et Ressources Génétiques) will take place from December 4 to 6 in Vila do Conde, Portugal. In 2024, the conference is part of the TROPIBIO project and will focus on "Ecology and Conservation in the Afrotropics: Improving Biodiversity and Tropical Ecosystem Research ".

Join us for an exciting event where renowned scientists, researchers, students and practitioners will come together to discuss the latest trends and advances in biodiversity and ecosystem research in tropical Africa.
