The UM is a partner in the European BIOPOLIS project, which organizes the annual Trends in Biodiversity and Evolution (TiBE) conference. The13th edition, organized by CIBIO (Center for Research Biodiversity and Genetic Resources), will take place from December 4 to 6 in Vila do Conde, Portugal. In 2024, the conference will be part of the TROPIBIO project and will focus on the theme "Ecology and Conservation in the Afrotropics: Improving Biodiversity and Tropical Research ."
