University studies are accompanied by a great deal of stress, which can lead to fatigue, discouragement and even psychological distress. To help prevent these stresses and provide students with the best possible support during the year, the University of Montpellier, with the support of the Centre de thérapie des troubles de l'humeur et émotionnels (CHU Montpellier), offers a specific program.

Based on personal introspection and meditation, online and interactive, this program will help you get to know yourself better, acquire emotional regulation tools and thus improve your learning and self-confidence. This guided program will be available online for 8 weeks. You can connect at your own pace and at times that suit you.
