A stress prevention program for UM students

University studies come with a great deal of stress, which can lead to fatigue, discouragement, or even psychological distress. To help prevent these issues and provide students with the best possible support this year, the University of Montpellier, in partnership with the Center for the Treatment of Mood and Emotional Disorders (Montpellier University Hospital), is offering a specialized program.

Based on self-reflection and meditation, this online, interactive program will help you get to know yourself better, develop emotional regulation skills, and enhance your learning and self-confidence. This guided program will be available online for 8 weeks, allowing you to log in at your own pace and at times that work for you.
