University studies come with a lot of stress, which can lead to fatigue, discouragement, and even psychological distress. To prevent this and provide students with the best possible support during the year, the University of Montpellier, with the support of the Center for Mood and Emotional Disorders Therapy (CHU Montpellier), offers a specific program.
Based on personal introspection and meditation, this online, interactive program will help you get to know yourself better, acquire emotional regulation tools, and improve your learning and self-confidence. This guided program will be available online for 8 weeks. You can log in at your own pace and at times that suit you.
