Welcome Week 2025 for International Students

  • Starting at 8 p.m. on Tuesdays

Welcome Week is organized as part of the New Student Orientation Days (JANE), as well as part of ongoing efforts to improve the welcome provided to international students and to earn the “Bienvenue en France” certification. The 2025 edition is the sixth; the first edition took place in 2019.

Welcome Week attracts an average of 300 to 500 students across all activities, with more than 80 nationalities represented in previous editions.

Several activities are planned for this occasion:

  • Tuesday, September 23: Outdoor Movie Night
  • Thursday, September 25: '00s-themed party
  • Friday, September 26: ice rink

Participants will also be able to pick up welcome kits and take part in surprise activities. Follow the Instagram account @welcomeweekum for more information and to register.
