A great harvest for UM athletes

On December1, the University of Montpellier celebrated the student athletes who flew the flag for the university at the French University Championships. This year, they won a total of 35 medals, including twelve gold medals. Portraits of the champions.

Once again this year, the University of Montpellier invited its best athletes to the bubble gym at the Motte-Rouge sports center. It was an opportunity for everyone to relive the exploits of the past season together. It was a great season for UM, with nearly 130 students on the podium at the French University Championships, winning 35 medals in a wide range of disciplines (see box).

About a hundred athletes made the trip to pick up their gifts, symbolic tokens of the pride they inspired at the University, before posing for the traditional photo. And although the cold weather also made an appearance at the party, the atmosphere was more than warm.
