Applications are now being accepted for the “Junior Consultant” certification
Are you a master’s student or a doctoral candidate looking to train as a “junior consultant” at the forefront of innovations developed by startups?

The Initium incubator and the Montpellier Management Institute are now accepting applications for the third edition of their “junior consultant” training program, designed for Master’s 2 students and doctoral researchers.
During this four-month program, which can be combined with another degree, participants will immerse themselves in the world of startups by working closely on innovative projects in the incubation phase.
Through this immersive experience, participants will learn to solve real-world problems in a variety of fields (engineering, marketing, finance, etc.) based on their areas of expertise and background.
Practical Information
- Duration: 4 months, with an average time commitment of 2 hours per week;
- Target audience: Master’s 2 students and doctoral candidates atthe University of Montpellier andENSCM;
- Program dates: January 27, 2026 (including the “Adopt a Consultant’s Mindset” training) through June 2, 2026;
- Earn a junior consultant certification while continuing your current career path.
