IDIL Graduate Program at SFRI' Day: a highlight for graduate programs in France
In March 2025, a delegation from the University of Montpellier representing the IDIL program took part in the SFRI' Day organized at the University of Paris-Saclay.
The event brought together the 19 winning universities in the "SFRI" (Structuration de la Formation par la Research dans les Initiatives d'Excellence) call for projects, orchestrated by the French National Research Agency (ANR) and supported by the France 2030 program. A structuring meeting for "training through research".
After a 180-second presentation of each program, its progress, experience and ambitions, themed workshops provided an opportunity to discuss issues such as national and international attractiveness, the sustainability of training-through-research initiatives and the development of PhD tracks.
