IDIL Graduate Program at SFRI’ Day: A Highlight for Graduate Programs in France
In March 2025, a delegation from the University of Montpellier representing the IDIL program participated in SFRI’ Day, held at Paris-Saclay University.
This event brought together the 19 universities selected through the “SFRI” (Structuring Education through Research s in Initiatives of Excellence) call for proposals, organized by the National Research Agency (ANR) and supported by the France 2030 program. It was a pivotal gathering for “education through research.”
Following a 180-second presentation of each program—covering its progress, experiences, and ambitions—thematic workshops provided an opportunity to discuss topics such as national and international appeal, ensuring the long-term sustainability of research-based training initiatives, and the development of the PhD track.
