IDIL Graduate Program at SFRI’ Day: A Highlight for Graduate Programs in France
In March 2025, a delegation from the University of Montpellier representing the IDIL program participated in SFRI’ Day, held at Paris-Saclay University.
This event brought together the 19 universities selected through the “SFRI” (Structuring Education through Research Initiatives of Excellence) call for proposals, organized by the National Research Agency (ANR) and supported by the France 2030 program. It was a pivotal gathering for “education through research.”
After a 180-second presentation of each program—covering its progress, experiences, and ambitions—thematic workshops provided an opportunity to discuss topics such as national and international appeal, ensuring the long-term sustainability of training initiatives through research, and the development of the PhD track.
