The University of Montpellier’s Master’s in Innovation Management (E-marketing Track) at CES 2023 in Las Vegas
Students in the Master 2 E-marketing program at IAE Montpellier attended CES 2023 alongside the Occitanie Region and the Ad’Occ Agency to support regional startups as part of their participation in CES.
The event in a nutshell
From January 5 to 8, 14 students from the E-Marketing class at IAE Montpellier attended the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, partnering with the Occitanie Region and four French Tech startups (Acapela, Neovigie, Skyted, and Vrroom). The IAE students were thus able to put their unique dual expertise to work at the world’s largest digital technology trade show. From digital communication and sourcing to delivering pitches in English to visitors at the booths, they assisted these startups with a variety of tasks.
We hope that this unique partnership between the Montpellier School of Management (IAE), the Ad’Occ agency, the Occitanie Region, and regional startups will continue for the long term, thereby maintaining a strong link between education and innovation.
About IAE Montpellier
IAE Montpellier is a public university-affiliated business school. As part of the University of Montpellier, it is located on the Triolet campus and is one of 37 IAE schools in the national IAE France network. It primarily, though not exclusively, admits students and professionals with backgrounds in science or technology, ranging from bachelor’s degrees to doctoral degrees. Admissions are generally based on application materials and an interview.
