Montpellier IAE obtains EFMD European accreditation for an exceptional period of five years
The IAE Montpellier, a university management school, has just been awarded EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) accreditation for a period of five years. This quality label, rarely awarded for such a long period, is a prestigious recognition that reflects the quality of teaching provided at the IAE Montpellier. This label is awarded to schools for their academic excellence and their commitment to continuous improvement. It serves to evaluate and certify the quality of management training programs and institutions. It guarantees that the institution meets high standards in teaching, research, and links with the professional world.

A major milestone for IAE, which becomes the14th institution in France to obtain this distinction for five years.
EFMD accreditation is a major milestone for IAE Montpellier, which is now one of only three IAE schools in France to have received this distinction for such an extended period. By joining the select group of French institutions accredited by EFMD for five years, IAE Montpellier has also strengthened its position on the international academic scene.
" This distinction from an international organization as demanding as the EFMD is the culmination of nearly 10 years of work since we first obtained accreditation in 2015. I would like to thank all stakeholders, teachers and administrators, economic and institutional partners, not to mention, of course, the support of our president and all the university's departments. The IAE Montpellier is already ISO 9001, Qualicert, and PRME certified for its social and environmental commitment. Today, it has received one of the most prestigious international recognitions, demonstrating the quality of its programs, its administration, and the professional integration of its students. This reinforces the positioning of IAE Montpellier, which from its inception chose to become a school offering dual scientific and managerial expertise. It demonstrates, even if it no longer needs to be proven, that being a public university management school is not incompatible with the "quality" and "recognition" of its degrees in France and internationally," says Emmanuel Houée, director of IAE Montpellier.
