IDIL Interdisciplinary Day 2025: a day at the heart of interdisciplinarity

On March 8, 2025, the new IDIL Interdisciplinary Day brought together students and PhD candidates from the IDIL Graduate Program to share their work, compare ideas and promote the interdisciplinary approach that is the strength of the program.

The morning session featured five mirror theses presented by PhD students and their co-directors, providing a concrete overview of the research carried out within the program. It continued with ten presentations of multidisciplinary projects by Master 2 students, illustrating the diversity of approaches developed within IDIL.

In the afternoon, students led two cross-disciplinary discussions on threatened biodiversity and the role of the researcher in transitions. A panel of guest researchers accompanied the discussions, underlining the quality of the ideas put forward.

Finally, a convivial moment enabled the participants to continue their discussions and strengthen the bonds within the IDIL community.
