General presentation Founded in 1956, the IAE is part of a network of 33 IAEs throughout France, and is one of the top ten business schools in the French university system. The Association Nationale des IAE (National Association of IAEs), now renamed "IAE FRANCE", enables us to build common policies, take concerted public action and set up shared services. Institut national supérieur du professorat et de l'éducation - Académie de Montpellier (INSPE)

General presentation The training of teachers and CPEs, carried out by the INSPE of the Montpellier Academy, involves the Rectorat and the 4 universities of the Montpellier Academy through their UFRs, departments and institutes concerned: the "Faculty of Education", the "Faculty of Science" and the "STAPS" UFR of the University of Montpellier (UM), the UFR 6 "Education and Sciences in Letters, Languages, Arts and Human and Social Sciences" of the University Paul Valéry Montpellier 3 (UPVM), the UFR "Lettres et Sciences Humaines", the UFR "Sciences Exactes et Expérimentales" and the "Institut Franco-Catalan Transfrontalier" of the University of Perpignan Via Domitia (UPVD) and the "Arts et Sciences" department of the University of Nîmes (UNîMES). Institut de préparation à l'administration générale (IPAG)

General presentation Founded in 1963, IPAG offers training courses to prepare students for various civil service entrance examinations. IPAG is staffed by a teaching team of over 110 academics and civil servants from the three public services. Faculty of Physical and Sports Sciences and Techniques (STAPS)

Overview Founded in 1978, the UFR STAPS is now one of the largest sports faculties in France (around 2,400 students, over 600 of whom are in their first year). It offers a wide range of courses: 4 Bachelor's degree specialties, 5 specialties and 11 Master's degree courses. One of the distinctive features of the UFR STAPS is that it has retained its sports specialties. As a result, every student has a dual specialization: professional and sporting.
