Charles Coulomb Laboratory (L2C)

UMR 5221

L2C is a physics laboratory distinguished by the fact that it brings together, within a single unit, a wide range of expertise—from highly mathematical theoretical physics to physical chemistry and biophysics—with a strong foundation in fundamental research focused on condensed matter and nanosciences.

A significant portion of L2C’s activities is focused on applications, resulting in patents, industrial collaborations, and even the creation of startups.
L2C’s activities are increasingly positioned at the intersections of Chemistry, Biology and Health, and Agronomy.
