10th Journées de phonétique clinique
Every two years, the Journées de Phonétique Clinique (10th JPC) brings together around a hundred researchers, clinicians and phoneticians from the French-speaking community (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada...) to discuss the mechanisms of speech production and perception in typical and pathological contexts.
Welcoming experts, young researchers and students from the clinical fields (ENT, phoniatrists, speech therapists, audiologists/audioprosthetists, psychologists) and language sciences (phoneticians), they address the issue of speech and voice in children and adults, both healthy and pathological, encouraging the sharing of knowledge and new collaborations.
These multidisciplinary days also offer young researchers a platform to present their work, receive feedback and attend conferences, thus enriching their academic and professional careers.
For this 10th edition, the spotlight will be on women, who have been largely overlooked in research.
Deadline for abstracts of 500 words: February 9, 2025.
