The Program Capacity Buildingprogram, led by the University Innovation Hub at the University of Montpellier, offers targeted training in innovation and research commercialization. Through thematic modules led by experts, it supports the professional development of professionals involved in innovative projects.

Module 1 of the “Negotiation” course offers a structured introduction to the fundamentals of modern negotiation. It is designed for employees who wish to acquire the methodological foundations, develop a constructive approach, and become more comfortable in professional negotiation situations.

This session will cover, among other topics:

  • learning the basics of modern negotiation and developing a constructive approach;
  • H.A.V. methods and the key principles of negotiation;
  • posture and active listening as drivers of effectiveness;
  • team-based simulations to test different strategies;
  • managing interactions and sensitive situations.

This training is open to everyone—from administrative staff to researchers—with no prerequisites, who wish to structure or strengthen their negotiation skills.
