Women-only workshop. Open only toUM students.

Whether in school, on the street, or in their personal lives, women regularly face gender-based or sexual violence. In these self-defense classes, you’ll practice how to respond to an attack using simple and effective techniques. You’ll also learn to assess your surroundings, use avoidance techniques, and manage stress. This will help you build your self-confidence!
