Self-defense workshop - For UM students only

Whether in their studies, on the street, at work or in the private sphere, women can be confronted with sexist and sexual aggression. For this reason, the University of Montpellier is offering its female students a free self-defense course. The Nuage association, which supports victims of sexual violence, is offering women the chance to acquire the right reflexes, and learn simple gestures for dealing with physical aggression. This practical course covers stress management, environmental analysis and avoidance techniques, and helps to boost self-confidence!
