Whether in their studies, on the street, at work or in the private sphere, women can be confronted with sexist and sexual aggression. To respond to these assaults, there are "simple, fast and effective" techniques focusing on verbal, mental, emotional and physical self-defense. The aim of these techniques is to find a way out of an aggressive situation, not to "win" or teach a lesson to the aggressor.
