  • Hours: Starting at 9 a.m.

As part of the I-SITE excellence initiative, the Booster Innovation Montpellier (B.I.M.) invites you to join us in 2023. The goal of this event is to identify and support innovators with projects in the early stages of development.

During the three-day training session, you’ll receive coaching, advice, and help preparing your pitch. A panel of judges made up of I-SITE members will evaluate you and guide you in finding the best way to showcase your project. Following the competition, tailored support will be offered to you.

As usual, the October session is open to all those with innovative projects linked to a research unit at the University of Montpellier or its partners within the framework of the PEI.

The October BIM is the first multi-theme BIM; your project must be related to one or more of these themes:

  • “Protect,” targeting projects related to ecology, the environment, biodiversity, mathematics, computer science, physics, and systems;
  • “Nourrir”is intended for projects related to food, agronomy, agriculture, and chemistry;
  • "Healthcare"for projects with applications in the fields of health, biology, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, physics, and systems.

To participate:

  • You must be working on a project that is in its early stages of development and is affiliated with one of the laboratories at the University of Montpellier or within the PEI network;
  • be the project lead (you may be accompanied by members of your team);
  • attend the event for all three days.
