Renewable Heat: innovation to meet the challenges of decarbonization
This event is over!
Accelerating and democratizing the deployment of renewable heat means taking up one of the greatest challenges of decarbonization in housing, offices and industry alike, where heat accounts for the majority of energy needs. By investing massively in renewable heat, as a complement to electrification, we are strengthening our region's energy sovereignty and resilience.

To make this shift a success, we need to innovate to make heat storage solutions and plant control even more competitive with fossil fuels.
On June 26, AD'OCC, a partner of the Pôle Universitaire d'Innovation, is organizing a special day dedicated to renewable heat and its innovations, to meet the challenges of decarbonization. On this occasion, laboratories and startups from the Occitanie region committed to the energy transition will be presenting their innovative solutions and discussing the major challenges facing the sector: hybridization of renewable heat technologies, thermal storage and the prospects offered by the various existing technologies.
